We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was perfect, with nice clean beds that ensured a comfortable sleep. The hotel facilities were great, with a good parking space available for our convenience. The location was perfect, as it was very near the mall and easily accessible to other hotels and hospitals. The staff were courteous, well-mannered, and approachable. They made us feel welcome and were always ready to assist us. The food at the restaurant was great, and the price was reasonable.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and plenty of floor space. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The location was perfect, with restaurants, convenience stores, and even a mall within walking distance. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the live music in the evening. our experience at Big Hotel was excellent and we would highly recommend it for a pleasant stay in Cebu.

The hotel logistics were convenient, close to the airport and city center. Within walking distance to restaurants and bars. Comfy bed and clean bathroom. Staff was nice and helpful. Fantastic food in the restaurant with a great ambiance.

The hotel is conveniently located near Times Square and ParkMall, offering plenty of evening activities and eating places right at your doorstep. The rooms have a kitchen type counter with a water heater, perfect for making a quick cup of coffee or tea. the underground parking makes it easy to find a space for your vehicle.
The WIFI is free but very slow.

The breakfast was wonderful and the staff were kind. They could improve by adding cheese to the buffet. Thank you to the housekeeping service for their kindness and always smiling.
