Big Hotel Cebu

Good location near port and airport, comfortable rooms with efficient air conditioning, balcony for smoking, nice bathroom, pleasant and accommodating staff.

No refund, bad phone number, everything was bad.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was perfect, with nice clean beds that ensured a comfortable sleep. The hotel facilities were great, with a good parking space available for our convenience. The location was perfect, as it was very near the mall and easily accessible to other hotels and hospitals. The staff were courteous, well-mannered, and approachable. They made us feel welcome and were always ready to assist us. The food at the restaurant was great, and the price was reasonable.

Some facilities may be in need of maintenance, such as broken handles and missing sliding doors in the shower rooms.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The hotel is conveniently located near Times Square and ParkMall, offering plenty of evening activities and eating places right at your doorstep. The rooms have a kitchen type counter with a water heater, perfect for making a quick cup of coffee or tea. the underground parking makes it easy to find a space for your vehicle.

The WIFI is free but very slow.

The breakfast was wonderful and the staff were kind. They could improve by adding cheese to the buffet. Thank you to the housekeeping service for their kindness and always smiling. I am grateful for the helpful security, receptions, and restaurant staff. The Philippines feels like my second home. Thank you for everything.
